In Reading Boots Episode 046, you will learn an after reading strategy called, Last Page. In this fun and interactive strategy, your child will turn into an author and illustrator to create a new last page of the book you read aloud.

Creating a new last page of the book will help your child make a personal connection to the story and will allow for use of higher order thinking skills. Your child will need to analyze and evaluate what happened in the story to create a last page. When your child has completed the last page, you can add it to the back of the book. Your child will love hearing the new last page read aloud!
