Guess the Rhyme | Episode 033

In Reading Boots Episode 033, you’ll learn a fun during reading strategy called Guess the Rhyme. In Guess the Rhyme, you will read a rhyming book with your child. While reading, you will leave out the last rhyming word of the sentence and allow your child to guess the rhyming word.

The ability to identify and produce rhyming words is an important pre-reading skill. Guess the Rhyme also helps children think about the meaning of the story and what word would best complete the sentence.
